Key Responsibilities:


Perform routine inspections of equipment, machinery, and building systems to ensure proper functioning.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance tasks (e.g., changing filters, checking wiring, inspecting plumbing systems).
Respond promptly to repair requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain and repair doors, windows, floors, walls, ceilings, and other building structures as needed.
Perform general janitorial and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and request orders for necessary materials.
Assist with the setup of equipment and arrangements for special events or activities.
Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance work and minimize disruption to daily operations.
Maintain accurate records of completed tasks, repairs, and inspections.
Participate in on-call rotation for emergency repairs,ifapplicable.
