Maintenance & Facilities Handyman

We are seeking a reliable individual who has the ability to think on their feet and work proactively and efficiently.
Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for providing experienced and general maintenance services at our manufacturing site in Somerville.
Key responsibilities:

Carry out Preventative and Reactive general maintenance duties

General Maintenance: Able to conduct basic maintenance jobs such as fixing doors, fitting door locks, replacing lights etc.

Repairs and minor trade work: Conduct minor repairs to flooring, patch plasterboard.

Picking up and delivering items to site

Assist with the installation and relocation of associated equipment

Thoroughly and quickly cleaning job sites

General labouring duties such as moving material around site,
