Maintenance Handyperson – Exeter and surrounding areas such as Truro and Bodmin – £30k , plus van, very well paid overtime and bonus
Our client is looking for an experienced time served Maintenance Handyperson to join their building maintenance division, supporting one of their largest customers in Bodmin/Exeter and the Southwest .
* £30,000 pa plus very well-paid overtime and bonus payments
* Holiday pay and company pension
* Van and fuel card provided for you
* Days - 40 hour working week
* Permanent role
* Bodmin/Exeter
Principal Duties :
* Planned building maintenance and repair work
* Straightforward carpentry maintenance
* Changing locks, handles, latches
* Basic electrical repair (changing a strip light or a plug)
* Plumbing repair -repairing blockages and leaks, changing taps, sinks etc
* Outdoor maintenance work - maintaining grounds, basic tarmacking, fenc...
