Maintenance Head

The Maintenance Head will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all engineering, maintenance, and utility operations across Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing facilities. This role is crucial for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and the effective execution of capital projects that support business growth and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 7–10 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with strong exposure to OSD operations; 3–5 years in a leadership role managing engineering or maintenance functions.
• Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in senior engineering or maintenance management roles, leading large-scale operations and cross-functional teams.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, equipment, utilities, and process validation requirements.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of global regulatory frameworks (USFDA, EMA, MHRA, WHO, ICH guidelines) with hands-on experience managing regulatory inspections.
• Skills: Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP/QMS systems is required.
• Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
