Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of facilities and equipment.

Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and prolong the lifespan of assets.

Manage a team of maintenance technicians, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and development.

Coordinate with department heads to prioritize maintenance tasks based on operational needs and service requirements.

Oversee the troubleshooting and diagnosis of equipment malfunctions, ensuring timely and effective repairs.

Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and maintenance supplies, and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.

Develop and manage maintenance budgets, including cost estimation, expenditure tracking, and variance analysis.
