Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 7–10 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with strong exposure to OSD operations; 3–5 years in a leadership role managing engineering or maintenance functions.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in senior engineering or maintenance management roles, leading large-scale operations and cross-functional teams.
