Job Description
Oversees all Maintenance personnel and monitors if assigned tasks are properly performed.
Gives instructions to subordinates whenever necessary, particularly in doing maintenance projects and machine troubleshooting.
Conducts regular meeting for all Maintenance personnel to tackle all issues and concerns with regards to the operation.
Attends to inter-office and/or special management-mandated meetings if ordered hereafter.
Responsible for scheduling daily work, ordering of parts and coordination of scheduled shutdown.
Responsible for design, process and completion of engineering projects.
Ensures that all planned maintenance for production equipment, and utilities are performed.
Document and report machine downtime, machine performance and project update
Give improvement ideas to improve machine and to lessen machine downtime
