**The Role**
As a Maintenance Intern in the García plant, you will support the development and implementation of a **smart cost‑management model** for maintenance activities. This project focuses on analyzing cost drivers, strengthening maintenance practices, and enabling data‑driven control mechanisms to optimize, monitor, and reduce maintenance expenses across fixed assets.

+ Analyze the current maintenance system and its cost distribution across activities, assets, and resources.
+ Identify critical factors driving maintenance costs, including failures, downtime, spare parts, and external labor.
