Loram is seeking a Maintenance Leader to take full ownership of maintenance planning capability across our Australian operations. This is a senior leadership role responsible for setting the planning standard, improving maintenance performance, and ensuring consistent compliance and execution readiness.

Reporting to the Fleet Performance Manager, you will lead and develop Maintenance Planners across multiple locations, ensuring planning supports safe, reliable fleet performance with disciplined systems, clean data, and measurable outcomes. This role focuses on planning governance, systems, and leadership rather than hands‑on maintenance execution.
