Job Description Job Description Maintenance Lead Position Overview: The Maintenance III position is responsible for providing technical direction to the maintenance team and works to improve productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays in a timely manner and without risk of product contamination. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintenance Planning and Scheduling: Plan and schedule maintenance activities, including reviewing and updating MP-2 documentation. Track equipment maintenance, availability, and procurement of parts and equipment. Schedule staff for maintenance tasks. Preventative and Predictive Maintenance: Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on process systems, including mill, production, packaging, utility, and other facility equipment. Reporting and Training: Report on maintenance activities, training, and orientation of employees. Identify and implement cost-saving ideas as necessary.
