Maintenance Lead

Role: Maintenance Lead

Location: Hosur

Key Responsibilities:

> Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance plans.

> Ensure minimum machine downtime and maintain equipment availability above defined targets.

> Monitor performance and reliability of all production and utility equipment.

> Lead and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors.

> Assign tasks, evaluate performance, and ensure skill development and safety awareness.

> Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations related to electrical, mechanical, and environmental safety.

> Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and ensure zero LTI (Lost Time Incidents).

> Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets and capital expenditures.

> Optimize maintenance costs while improving equipment reliability and life cycle.

Qualifications 

> Education - B.E./B.Tech (Full Time).

> Experience - 20+ years in Auto industry.

> Technical Expertise in I. Synthetic Furnace II. Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.

> Lead and manage the maintenance team.
