Mechanical Maintenance Lead

  • Monday-Friday Day shift: 8am-4pm with flexibility
  • RRSP Matching 3% once permanent after 600 hours
  • Incentive program based on targets
  • Benefits 100% paid after 600 hours
  • Maternity/Paternity leave top up
  • 1 hour paid break
  • Full time permanent after 600 hours
  • Team size: 4 + 2 apprentices
  • No direct report
  • Report to: Shift supervisor
  • Must have criminal background check



Requirements:

  • Licensed Maintenance Millwright (433A) or Industrial Electrician (422A)
  • Fitness Level appropriate to manual labour
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a licensed skills tradesperson
  • Minimum of 2 years in a maintenance leadership role.
