Job Description
**1. RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES**: The Equipment and Facilities Maintenance Leader is responsible for keeping the production equipment and facilities operating and repairing any problems when they are discovered before they have a chance to worsen. He or she coordinate / supervise the maintenance & facility technicians as well of cleaning services and landscaping.

FUNCIONES ESENCIALES (FAVOR DE SER ESPECÍFICO) DESCRIPCION % DEL TIEMPO Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems Checking and responding to security and safety issues Testing and recommending new maintenance products Coordinating deliveries from vendors or suppliers Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries Keeping maintenance mainframe system up-dated (TPM) Keep inventory of repair supplies. Work requested by other departments are prioritized and coordinated Training technicians 95%
