Maintenance Leader

Job Purpose

The Maintenance Leader ensures the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of all equipment and facilities at the center. Beyond supervising the maintenance team, this role actively participates in preventive and corrective maintenance, ensures compliance with safety standards, and provides technical support to guarantee a seamless guest experience. The Maintenance Leader sets technical standards, coaches the team on safety and performance, and steps in directly when complex or urgent issues arise.

Job Scope

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians and mechanics across all functions of the organization (equipment and utilities)
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks to ensure maintenance work is completed efficiently and on time
