  • To Attend/ Troubleshoot breakdowns in Shifts, provide immediate containment action, prepare analysis for Permanent actions.
  • To maintain/procure spares as part of Spare Part Management system.
  • To strive for zero breakdowns, zero defects and zero accidents(Safety)
  • Machines Electrical functioning know-how like Servo Actuators, Drives, Motors etc.
  • Machine PLC programming (Advanced)
  • Machine LabView programming (Advanced)
  • To Maintain/Procure spares as part of Spare Part Management system,
  • To follow-up with Purchase & Supplier for SC/PO/Payment/Delivery
  • To maintain R&M Budget & Calendarization
  • Preventive Maintenance - Planning & execution of PM on Machines
  • Predictive Maintenance and Equipment’s Health Check up
  • Manpower handling & Shift management
  • Team Skill enhancement
  • Problem solving and decision-making tools and techniques
  • Planning & Organizing (managing resources & forecasting)
  • Resistance Welding knowledge, Crimping Knowledge, Additional Molding Knowledge.
  • Fostering Teamwork (team skills, conflict management, open-mindedness, networking)
  • Taking Initiatives & Fostering Innovation (Out of the box solutions)
  • Good Communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering- Mechanical or Electrical.

  • Professional experience (at least 5-6 years) in maintenance function, with Hands on experience, must be willing to come in Shifts, Sunday working as per requirement.
  • Welding & Crimping Knowledge desired, Additional Molding Knowledge, Machine PLC and Labview Proramming
  • Able to manage Technicians in Shift & prioritize breakdowns.
  • MS Excel, powerpoint versed
