+ To Attend/ Troubleshoot breakdowns in Shifts, provide immediate containment action, prepare analysis for Permanent actions.
+ To maintain/procure spares as part of Spare Part Management system.
+ To strive for zero breakdowns, zero defects and zero accidents(Safety)
+ Machines Electrical functioning know-how like Servo Actuators, Drives, Motors etc.
+ Machine PLC programming (Advanced)
+ Machine LabView programming (Advanced)
+ To Maintain/Procure spares as part of Spare Part Management system,
+ To follow-up with Purchase & Supplier for SC/PO/Payment/Delivery
+ To maintain R&M Budget & Calendarization
+ Preventive Maintenance - Planning & execution of PM on Machines
+ Predictive Maintenance and Equipment’s Health Check up
+ Manpower handling & Shift management
+ Team Skill enhancement
+ Problem solving and decision-making tools and techniques
+ Planning & Organizing (managing resources & forecasting)
+ Resistance Welding knowledge, Crimping Knowledge, Additional Molding Knowledge.
+ Fostering Teamwork (team skills, conflict management, open-mindedness, networking)
+ Taking Initiatives & Fostering Innovation (Out of the box solutions)
+ Good Communication skills
**Qualifications**
• Bachelor degree in engineering- Mechanical or Electrical.
+ Professional experience (at least 5-6 years) in maintenance function, with Hands on experience, must be willing to come in Shifts, Sunday working as per requirement.
+ Welding & Crimping Knowledge desired, Additional Molding Knowledge, Machine PLC and Labview Proramming
+ Able to manage Technicians in Shift & prioritize breakdowns.
+ MS Excel, powerpoint versed
