Maintenance Manager

Li-SL4 1)Advise staff personnel on daily production status. 2)Lead, coach, and guide skilled trades within the maintenance and facilities department. 3)Maintenance management (Preventive, Predictive, Corrective, Autonomous), conducting periodic maintenance checks; with TPM methodology EBS. 4)Ensure effective maintenance and optimized uptime of all production and facilities equipment. 5)Drive efforts for continuous improvement and cost saving, mainly through Corrective maintenance reduction, oil management, electric energy consumption. 6)Trouble analysis, with pareto information, stablish countermeasure, improve PM standard. 7)Planning equipment upgrades and machine modifications. 8)Management spare parts (critical list, inventory, 5s). 9)Support the training in order to develop technicians or operators as required. 10)Support and/or participate on Continuous Improvement Activities such as: Kaizen, Ideas Programs, cost out and/or demonstrate improvements in goals year over year in our p...
