Main Responsibilities :

  • Lead the definition and implementation of the maintenance system to ensure the proper functioning of the machinery and equipment.

  • Monitor, control, and achieve the Maintenance Department’s budget.

  • Support the development of the maintenance team, fostering a committed and cohesive team with clearly defined objectives and responsibilities.

  • Ensure the health and safety of employees by complying with and enforcing occupational risk prevention regulations, as well as the company’s environmental policy.

  • Manage the search, negotiation, planning, and supervision of external contractors to ensure a cost-effective and efficient contribution.

  • Analyze daily plant incidents.

  • Supervise the procurement of spare parts.

  • Organize and manage the economic and technological resources available to ensure the effective performance of maintenance activities at the plant.

To succeed in this role, you will need :
