Maintenance Manager


We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations at a manufacturing site. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production and facility equipment while driving preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Maintenance Department, including budgets, staffing, and KPIs

  • Oversee preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve asset reliability

  • Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, GMP, and food safety standards

  • Manage vendors, contractors, CMMS, and spare parts inventory

  • Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety teams

  • Lead root cause analysis and reliability improvement efforts
