At Danone, Manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently looking to hire a Maintenance and Reliability Technical Manager based in our Bridgeton, New Jersey beverage manufacturing facility.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Maintenance and Reliability Technical Manager will oversee manufacturing maintenance and reliability operations and directly manage adherence to standards of work in maintenance, automation, and reliability teams. Will work closely with the plant director to direct and manage the support of day-to-day operation of the facility, ensuring a reliable operation. Coordinate the activities of the manufacturing facilities technical resources to ensure customer orders are received, scheduled, and produced safely and reliably, utilizing plant capacities and optimizing manufacturing costs, quality and safety effectively.
