Maintenance Manager

The Role

:

Seeking a motivated and experienced mechanical and electrical engineer to lead a small in-house maintenance department.

They are seeking an experienced engineer to minimise equipment downtime and implement a computerised maintenance management system and improve their current preventive maintenance programme.

The plant requires a wide spectrum of maintenance activities covering Mechanical, Electrical and Robotics.

Ensure day to day maintenance is carried out on their manufacturing and ancillary equipment.

Deal with breakdowns as and when they arise and in line with production priorities.





The Candidate:

Strong man management experience

Multi skilled engineer who has electrical and mechanical equipment experience

Happy to remain on the tools while leading the maintenance team

Continuous improvement experience is highly beneficial
