Maintenance Manager

Growing Aggregates Co has a need for a Maintenance Manager in Mill Creek, OK. This is a direct hire role with a full benefits package. 

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing detailed work plans in line with maintenance strategies and mine requirements as set out by the Production Supervisor and Plant Manager. The Maintenance Supervisor shall also be responsible for improving the efficiency and performance of the Maintenance Team.

• Be a safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures.
• Manage work backlogs for accuracy, taking into consideration requirements related to parts, labor, support equipment, special equipment, tooling, and instructions
• Maintain an accurate forecast that adheres to established maintenance strategies
• Work regularly with maintainers to build or improve detailed work packages
