Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes maintenance strategies, work plans, and capital projects for system upgrades.
  • Collaborates across functional groups to optimize operations.
  • Partners with Reliability team to enhance software utilization and effectiveness.
  • Leads and develops a team of Maintenance Technicians, Planner, and contractors.
  • Ensures equipment, facilities, and grounds operate reliably and safely.
  • Oversees maintenance procedures and standard operating instructions.
  • Sets and tracks maintenance KPIs to drive operational improvements.
  • Conducts root cause analysis to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Implements Lean principles and new technologies for enhanced maintenance performance.
  • Supports HSES procedures and manages maintenance budget.
  • Develops strategy for critical spares inventory and oversees administrative activities.
