A growing, highly automated food manufacturing facility is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager near Green Bay, WI to lead plant maintenance and reliability efforts.
Position Summary: The Maintenance Manager leads and develops a team of 4-5 maintenance technicians while working alongside them on the plant floor. This role is responsible for equipment reliability, preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position reports directly to the site’s senior operations leader and plays a key role in maintaining production uptime and safety.
