Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the optimal functioning of all shop and field equipment and facilities. This role is part if a dynamic and engaged team and is responsible for overseeing the repair, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of machinery, building systems, and infrastructure to support safe and efficient operations.

This role reports to the V.P., Plant Operations and acts as the central point of coordination between senior management, vendors, contractors, and staff to oversee the inspection, maintenance and repair of all shop & site equipment, safety gear, a fleet of 25+ vehicles, and the structural steel fabrication facility itself.
