Maintenance Manager to oversee the Facilities Maintenance Department. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations, high-quality service delivery, and strict adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Operations Oversight: Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure efficient service delivery; monitor daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness; coordinate with other departments, such as the dormitory team, technical teams, and procurement, to ensure seamless operations and timely resolution of issues.
