Your Mission
Lead the maintenance department, manage assets and facilities, supervise internal and external work, and collaborate closely with quality, engineering, and project teams
Your tasks
Lead and manage the maintenance technician team
Supervise suppliers, consumables, and service providers
Develop and implement the preventive maintenance plan
Oversee the maintenance workshop and spare parts warehouse
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Manage the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)
Coordinate and monitor external contractors
Support engineering and project development te
What We're Looking For and Competences We Value
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance (mandatory)
PLC programming experience
