Plans, directs, manages and coordinates the group of Maintenance / Facilities to ensure the achievement of the indicators of the department and have the equipment available to fulfill production targets, with quality and a continuous production work flow. Manages continuous improvement projects to achieve compliance with departmental metrics. Develops and manages the budget, determine staffing requirements and manages the department
Experiência y requisitos
Professional degree: Industrial Engineer, Mechanical or similar. Master degree preferred. 10 years of experience working in Maintenance department; 5 years in Management role. Aerospace industry and Systems (preferred). C.I. projects administration. TPM implementation. Coaching and Personnel development. Knowledge: Strong Project Management skills. Windows office proficient. Blue print reading (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, architectural). Machines and Equipment. Lean & Six sigma...
