You're the secret to our seamless service. You keep things switched on, shaken, stirred, and everything in between. Let's just say, without you, we'd fall apart. Literally.

You see, you're our hero. 007 has nothing on you when it comes to making memorable first impressions or averting equally epic crises. You keep the lights on, phones ringing, kitchens buzzing, loos flushing, gym pumping, pool sparkling, guests snoozing, buildings standing and the rest of us smiling.

Sure, you might rock the cloak of invisibility front of house, but that only adds to your allure and our appeal.

You're proactive about preventative maintenance and budget forecasts (you replace the 'ows' with 'WOWs'!). You're nimble when you need to be reactive (the Fixer), but never a risk taker. Short cuts just aren't your thing.
