Key Responsibilities

Machine Maintenance

  • Perform and oversee regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC and VMC machines to minimize downtime.

Preventive Maintenance

  • Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules in line with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices.

Breakdown Analysis

  • Identify root causes of machine failures and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.

Spare Parts Management

  • Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure timely procurement to avoid delays in maintenance activities.

Maintenance Documentation

  • Maintain records of machine servicing, breakdown history, and maintenance checklists.
