Our client is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Manager to oversee all in-house maintenance operations at their vibrant campus. Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time, 40 hours per week, 5/7 shift pattern including split shifts
Location: RAINHAM, Essex
What You'll Do:
As a Maintenance Manager, you will be the backbone of our maintenance operations, responsible for:
Leading and managing the planning, coordination, and delivery of all maintenance and repair works.
Completing office condition reports and preparing costings for redecoration works.
