**What you will do?**
Responsible to assure a word class performance of all the equipment & safety devices used in JCI. Supervise directly the Maintenance Technicians & Indirect workers assigned to the maintenance department, follow a Total Productive Maintenance Program (including Preventive, Predictive an Autonomous Maintenance methodologies), Support Efficiency teams on the shop floor, us of CI tools such as SMED workshops, Kaizen, 8D analysis, MCC etc & manage the spare parts warehouse. Develop the annual maintenance operating budget and control the maintenance expenses during the year. Develop overall equipment availability improvement projects to reduce down time in all critical machines. Develop cost reduction projects across all maintenance processes in the factory and monitory the key metrics.
