Under the general direction of the Site SC&Operations Manager, provides leadership for the Maintenance


function within a high-performance team environment. Oversees the daily management of the function


and drives improvement activities through the development of people and processes.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • IMPROVEMENT ACTIVITIES: Utilizes TPM tools to build problem solving methodologies to implement continually improve processes within the function. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and tenacity to resolve problems and implement process improvements.
