Maintenance Manager

Oversee complete maintenance activities for all Shah Alam production lines, equipment, conveyors, and utilities.

Implement Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective maintenance programs.

Ensure timely response to breakdowns with fast restoration to minimize production impact.

Review and approve maintenance work orders and daily job assignments.

Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for repeated failures and implement CAPA.

B. Equipment Reliability & Performance

Monitor KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and energy consumption.

Continuously improve equipment reliability to support stable production output.

Identify bottlenecks, high-risk equipment, and improvement opportunities.

Ensure maintenance practices follow Chery global engineering guidelines.

Manage all utilities supporting the Shah Alam plant:
