Job Description
Role:
We are looking for an experienced maintenance manager to take end-to-end ownership of Day-2 operations for a mission-critical IT system.
This role is accountable for system stability, incident response, and operational readiness.
You will act as the single point of ownership for production, work closely with project (Day-1) teams, and ensure systems are reliable, supportable, and well-governed over the long term.
Responsibilities:
Own production systems end-to-end, ensuring availability, performance, and service quality.
Lead and manage high-severity incidents (Sev-1 / Sev-2) from detection through closure.
Produce clear, structured incident reports including timelines, impact, root cause, and preventive actions.
Work closely with project teams on release readiness, handover, and post-go-live support.
Communicate system health, risks, and recovery plans to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
