Maintenance Manager

Responsible for maintenance team direction and system implementation.

Responsible for Preventive Maintenance plan and its execution.

Responsible for equipment projects, upgrade and modification.

Responsible for facilities equipment maintenance and repair.

Troubleshooting on major equipment problem, coordinating with OEM counterparts for possible solution and parts needed.

Coordinate with supplier and purchasing for parts and projects.

Drive on new projects such as new plants, equipment installation and coordination with the whole projects.

Coordinate and interact with internal group such as QA, production, purchasing and stockroom to addressed customer complain issue.

Monthly report to Managing Director

Lead cost cutting practice such as parts localization and finding local support with same capacity.
