Job Description

• Leadership & Team Management:Lead, mentor, and manage the maintenance team, including technicians and engineers.
• Establish goals and performance standards for the team and provide continuous development opportunities.

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance:

• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all printing equipment (e.g., offset printing presses, digital printers, finishing machines).
• Supervise corrective maintenance to address equipment breakdowns and ensure rapid resolution.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs:Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related problems with printing and related machinery.
• Ensure timely repairs and oversee outsourced maintenance services when required.
