Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance operations, ensure maximum equipment uptime, implement preventive maintenance systems, and support continuous production with minimal breakdowns. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance activities Ensure maximum equipment availability and reduced downtime Manage mechanical, electrical, and utility maintenance teams Develop maintenance schedules and SOPs Monitor and control maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth operations Implement TPM, CMMS, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and ISO standards Analyze breakdowns and implement root cause corrective actions Prepare maintenance MIS and KPI reports Requirements Technical & Maintenance Skills Preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance Mechanical & electrical maintenance Utilities & plant engineering TPM, CMMS & maintenance planning Leadership & Management Team leadership & workforce planning Vendor & contractor management Budgeting & cost control
