Job Description
**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing preventative, corrective, and routine maintenance on the building systems, and assigned equipment. This includes performing projects and response maintenance duties on electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and finish building trades.
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**
+ Schedules and performs electrical maintenance consisting of repairing, troubleshooting, or replacing switches, lighting controls, lighting fixtures, motors, motor starters, Programmable Logics Controls, variable frequency drives and performing routine inspections for safety and equipment maintenance. This includes diagnosis and making minor adjustment utilizing the human interface modules.
