Job Title

A facilities management leader is sought to oversee and coordinate the maintenance and repair of various building systems, including electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and other infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large groups of technicians and ensuring efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team members to complete tasks efficiently


• Supervise and delegate MEP-related tasks to subordinates or contractors


• Detect problems in building systems for repair or replacement needs


• Inform personnel about work order procedures for decision-making purposes
