Maintenance Operative

We are recruiting for Maintenance Operative in Coventry, CV3 with immediate start.
Salary: £13.03ph - 40 hours weekly 
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

Duties:

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and infrastructure.
• Repair and replace a range of equipment within a busy office building.
• Assist with mechanical repairs such as small plumbing furniture moves etc
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs undertaken.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal or external client requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements:

• Must have experience working with hand tools
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
