MAINTENANCE PERSON, PART-TIME, NEUSTADT
Duties include, but not limited to the general maintenance of a 20 unit apartment building, snow removal, maintenance of grounds, monitoring of fire and security systems. Job requires skills to do minor repairs, painting and general cleaning; good communications skills; valid driver’s licence and ability to work independently.
