Maintenance Planner

Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

At Lineage, the world’s largest temperature-controlled logistics company, you will play a critical role as a Maintenance Planner, serving as the key connection between operations and maintenance. In this role, you will use our CMMS system to plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance that keeps equipment running at peak performance. By driving reliability, efficiency, and safety, your expertise will directly reduce downtime, boost productivity, and ensure smooth operations across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between maintenance, operations, and planning teams to ensure timely and professional service.

Review and validate work requests, defining job scope, priority, labor, and material needs.

Develop job plans, estimates, and schedules 2–4 weeks in advance to reduce unplanned downtime and optimize labor efficiency.
