Maintenance Planner – Underground Mining

Backfilling a permanent position for permanent transition. Based at an underground mining operation in NSW, you will be responsible for the planning and coordination of maintenance activities to minimise downtime and improve equipment reliability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, scheduling, and optimising planned maintenance activities
  • Coordinating work with maintenance, operations, and planning teams
  • Tracking and reporting equipment performance and maintenance compliance
  • Maintaining accurate maintenance histories and records
  • Supporting safe work execution through quality work packs and planning practices

Master Data Specialist – Pronto

This role is primarily remote, with some travel to site required to engage with stakeholders and validate data requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and cleansing maintenance master data
  • Supporting the set‑up of equipment hierarchies, BOMs, task lists, and maintenance plans
  • Ensuring data integrity across maintenance and materials management modules
  • Working closely with planners and engineers to align data with operational needs

About You (Qualifications & Experience)

  • Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning and/or maintenance master data
  • Understanding of maintenance management processes in heavy industry or mining
  • Experience using Pronto PM or similar CMMS/ERP systems
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines
  • A qualification in engineering, maintenance, asset management, or a related field (highly regarded)
