Maintenance Planner

**Position Overview**
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing and managing preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. This role coordinates resources, schedules work orders, and supports continuous improvement in maintenance processes within a chemical manufacturing environment.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for plant equipment and facilities.
- Review and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely execution of maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
