SAP Planning & Work Order Management

  • Create, structure, schedule, and maintain SAP PM work orders for preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance.
  • Develop detailed job plans, including task sequences, durations, manpower, tools, and material requirements.
  • Ensure work orders contain accurate descriptions, codes, and technical data.
  • Track progress and update the status of all maintenance activities in SAP.

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Build and maintain short-, medium-, and long‑term maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate with offshore operations, discipline leads, and onshore engineering teams.
  • Anticipate planning conflicts, resource bottlenecks, and SIMOPS constraints.
  • Prepare planning deliverables for periodic meetings and audits.
