Maintenance Programme Engineer

Ryanair is recruiting a Maintenance Programme Engineer to join Europe’s largest airline group. This desk‑based role will be based in our Engineering Office in Dublin and report to the Maintenance Programs Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Review the Maintenance Planning Document (MPD) and Maintenance Review Board (MRB) to ensure accurate implementation into Ryanair’s Group Maintenance Program for B737NG/8200/A320/CL 3500 fleets, as applicable.
  • Ensure the maintenance program is optimised to maintain high safety levels, excellent dispatch reliability and to mitigate operational impact of in‑service defects.
  • Work in accordance with Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME) and company manual procedures.
  • Review heavy maintenance findings and identify solutions for repeat occurrences.
