Basic Function
Execute and analyze maintenance operations. Develops analysis methods in determining maintenance demands for equipment processes. Conducts an analysis of reliability problems and investigates to determine the reliability required for the situation; considers costs, equipment downtime, replacement/repair costs, and availability of materials/equipment. In addition, the person will be responsible for performing a variety of technical planning and scheduling tasks, managing maintenance capital projects and preparing reports for management.
Responsibilities
Reliability & Predictive Maintenance
- Coordinate the evaluation of process equipment including packaging with focus on improved performance, reliability, quality, higher capacity and lower operating and investment cost in conjunction with the process/ plant teams.
- Participate actively in cost estimates of new plants or expansions for grinding applications.
