Position: Maintenance Representative
Location: Kitchener, ON
Type: Existing vacancy 
Hours: 40 hours per week, includes weekend shifts every other weekCompensation Range (includes salary & shift premium) : $45,000 - $47,500


Overview


As a Maintenance Representative at Homestead, you will help us to maintain the safety and the day-to-day maintenance operations of the property. This includes completing routine inspections, responding to resident work orders, and performing general repairs. You will help maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors while following established maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
