Maintenance responsible

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring that assets are safe, compliant, efficient and sustainable to allow production and business supply. In order to fulfil this mission, he/she plans, directs and realizes all preventative and corrective maintenance and repair, modifications, enhancements to and / or new construction of production facilities, energy facilities and buildings, in order to achieve the required technical and operational readiness and reliability of the facility. Those activities must be done in an efficient and cost‑effective manner, enabling optimal production quality and quantity levels.

The Maintenance Manager is a member of the technical/production team for a factory site, jointly responsible for an optimal production process.
